A bit about me? My name is Karen Billing and I’m a self taught artist and illustrator, living and working in West Cork Ireland.
I’m a bit of a nostalgia freak and love all things vintage and historical. I gather much of my inspiration from the past
My work has been described as quirky ,with a touch of darkness
Lately I love making what I call my mixed media journal images best. They are more personal and I have come to the grand old age of not being unduly concerned about what shadow parts of my psyche I reveal!
